SNAP: How the government shutdown effects me

The government shutdown hurts everyday USA citizens like Mr. Soto who is trying to entertain the world and make this world a better place.

"This back and forth divisiveness within Congress needs to stop or else I am going to help vote them all out of office," declared Ricardo Santiago Soto. "The American people should come first. Whatever happened to Make America Great again? I don't see it."
